1383.04 CRITERIA TO DETERMINE PROTECTED HILLSIDE ZONE AREAS.
The Protected Hillside Zone areas contains one (1) or more of the following criteria:
(a) Areas that exhibit evidence of past or present unstable soil.
(b) Areas having steep slopes, meaning slopes leaving average contours of twenty-five percent (25%) or greater, where the particular use is conforming under other regulations herein.
` (c) All areas that exhibit evidence of the presence of Brecksville (BrF), Dekalb (DkF), Ellsworrth (EIB, EIC, EIF, EsC), Geeburg (GeF), or Oshtemo (OsF) soils, based on the most recent USDA Web Soil Survey or by soil surveys performed by the applicant done by a certified soils scientist.
Protected Hillside Zone areas do not include designed or engineered storm sewer outfalls or storm water management basin outfalls from detention or retention basins, and/or post construction storm water quality basins or facilities.
