1366.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS; PENALTY.
   (a)   The Building Official is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms as are necessary of the efficient administration of this chapter.
   (b)   Any owner who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable by a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine. Every thirty (30) days an owner continues to violate any provision of this chapter is a separate and new violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2016-80. Passed 12-13-16.)
