1333.11 SHADOW FLICKER.

(a) The facility owner and operator shall make reasonable efforts to minimize shadow flicker to any occupied building on a non-participating landowner's property.

(b) The applicant shall provide a reasonable analysis of potential shadow flicker impacts for the entire site and the adjacent properties, as requested by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 2009-30. Passed 8-11-09.)
