953.06 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

The Mayor shall implement policies and procedures within his sole discretion provided they are not inconsistent with the express provisions of this chapter. However, such policy shall include that fees charged, through December 31, 2024, for any Municipal Cemetery grave existing as of the passage of this Ordinance shall be the fees charged by the City prior to the passage of this Ordinance ("2023 Fees"). The 2023 Fees shall not include any newly created Municipal Cemetery graves which are plotted and made available for sale following the passage of this Ordinance (e.g. Maple Shade Cemetery expansion).
