951.01 Fee for use of Town Hall or Elmwood Recreation Building.

951.01 FEE FOR USE OF TOWN HALL OR ELMWOOD RECREATION BUILDING.
(a) he fee for the use of the Old Town Hall shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) The fee for the use of the Elmwood Recreation Building shall be as follows:

Both | 125.00 |
plus five dollars ($5.00) additional charge for use of the kitchen.

951.02 ADMISSION CHARGE REGULATION.
(a) If a civic organization holds a meeting or function to which an admission is charged, the rates for such meeting shall be fixed in advance by Council.
(b) Council reserves the right to waive any of such admission charges with respect to organizations.

951.03 APPLICATION; RENTAL PAYMENTS.
Applications for the use of the Old Town Hall shall be made to the Community Services Director and payments of rentals shall be made in advance to him or her. Applications for the use of the Elmwood Recreation Building shall be made to the Recreation Director and payments of rentals shall be made in advance to him or her.
