773.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    In addition to other remedies provided by law, and except as otherwise provided herein, a violation of Section 773.05 by any person shall constitute a first degree misdemeanor. Each day a violation occurs is deemed a separate offense.

   (b)   In addition to other remedies provided by law, a violation of Section 773.06(g) by any person shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (c)   In addition to other remedies provided by law, any person found guilty of knowingly making a materially false statement in applying for a permit under this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
