773.03 EXEMPTIONS.

   This Chapter 773 shall not apply:

   (a)   To care provided by a person who is related by blood or marriage to the child or children, if more than one, being cared for;

   (b)   To child care services provided less than four (4) consecutive hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period; and

   (c)   To a child day-care center, and in-home aid, a type A family day-care home, a type A home, and/or a certified type B family day-care home as defined in Revised Code §5104.01.
