773.02 DEFINITIONS.

"Child Day-Care Home" means the personal residence of the provider, other than the child's own home, in which child day-care is provided at any one time for three (3), four (4), five (5), or six (6) children and in which no more than three (3) children may be under two (2) years of age at one time for any child day-care exceeding ten days in any calender year. In counting children for the purposes of this division, any children under six (6) years of age who are related by blood or marriage to the provider and who are on the premises of the child day-care home shall be counted.
