1305.03 EXPIRATION FOR FAILURE TO COMMENCE WORK.

   All building permits issued under the authority of this City shall automatically expire and be null and void six months after the date of the issuance thereof, unless the work for which the permit was issued is commenced prior to the expiration of such six months’ period.
