1361.06 RULES OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

The Building Commissioner shall adopt rules with respect to the minimum strength and height of fencing or other barriers referred to in Section 1361.02(b) and the Building Commissioner and Board of Zoning Appeals shall apply such rules in determining whether a permit shall be issued to any applicant.
