1355.05 DISPOSER UNIT TO BE INCLUDED IN SPECIFICATIONS.

   On and after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 1974-83, passed November 26, 1974), each application for a building permit for the building of new construction or the remodeling of any existing building in which a garbage disposer is required to be installed by Section 1355.03, shall state that an approved type of garbage disposer unit shall be installed. The supporting plans and specifications shall show that an approved type of disposer unit shall be installed, and shall also show the location of such unit. (Ord. 1974-83. Passed 11-26-74.)
