1303.05 REJECTION OF PLANS.

If the plans or specifications referred to in Section 1303.04 are not approved by the Architectural Board of Review, the Planning Commission, when applicable, or the Building Commissioner, one set of such plans shall be returned to the applicant and one set shall be retained on file with the Municipality.
