1301.14 DOCUMENTATION OF INSPECTIONS.

   Upon completion of any inspection relating to the erection, alteration, repair or removal of any building in the Municipality, the Inspector of Buildings shall provide the owner with a form to be at the worksite, along with the Building Permit, which shall identify the type and date of the inspection made at the property and whether the inspected work was approved or rejected. The inspection form shall remain posted at the worksite until such time as the project is complete or the display of the Building Permit is no longer required. All inspections must be done by a certified inspector. (Ord. 1995-29. Passed 6-29-95.)
