1301.03 BOND.
The Inspector of Buildings, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall execute a bond for one thousand dollars ($1,000), with such surety as the Mayor shall approve, to the Municipality, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office, which bond shall be for the benefit of all parties aggrieved by the acts or neglect of the Inspector.
