953.04 FEE FOR PLACING HEADSTONE.

   All flat memorials or raised monuments for graves in the Municipal Cemetery shall be installed or replaced by the Service Department except for monuments of such size or weight that they cannot be handled by the Service Department. In addition to reimbursement to the City of actual labor and materials for raised monuments, a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any flat memorial or raised monument shall be paid for each installation or replacement.
