953.02 MULTIPLE BURIALS IN SINGLE GRAVE AND NICHE SPACE.

   Burial of not more than two caskets, or two urns, in a single grave or niche space shall be permitted in the Municipal Cemetery. Burial of the second casket in a single grave space shall be made directly on the first casket and only one headstone or grave marker shall be permitted per grave space. If such multiple burial is desired, the owner of the grave space shall notify the Service Director prior to the first burial, so that proper provision may be made for placement of the first casket at adequate depth.
