929.04 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY; CONNECTION REQUIRED; CHARGES.

   The owner or owners of every lot or parcel of property used for commercial or industrial purposes and located within Sewer District No. 1, as shown on the plan prepared by the City Engineer and which is on file in the City Hall, upon which premises any sanitary sewage is produced, shall connect to a local or trunk sanitary sewer which is connected to the sewage treatment plant, within ninety days after the Service Director notifies the owner or owners in possession of such lot or parcel that the sewage treatment plant and connecting sewers are in operation and available for connection.
