CHAPTER 927
Gas

EDITOR'S NOTE: There are no sections in Chapter 927. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation. Periodically, Council has enacted ordinances fixing rates which utilities may charge for gas to the Municipality of Independence. Consult the Finance Director for the current ordinance regulating rates which may be charged for furnishing gas to the City and its inhabitants.
