922.99 PENALTY.

Any persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, joint stock companies, unincorporated associations, governmental entities, banking institutions, or any other person or organization who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of a Telecommunications Right-of-Way Permit granted under this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
