795.02 CONTENTS AND POSTING REQUIREMENTS.

   The posting of prices required in Section 795.01 shall include the posting of the type and grade of the gasoline sold or offered for sale at retail on the premises. Such posting shall be deemed accomplished within the meaning of this chapter when the following regulations are complied with:

   (a)    The posting and display shall consist of an announcement board not less than six square feet nor more than ten square feet and shall not exceed eight feet in height. The lettering and numbering on such board shall be not less than eight inches in height.

   (b)    The announcement board shall be placed within five feet of the front property line and shall be visible from the street. In the event that a gasoline service station is located on a corner lot, there must be an announcement board erected on each area fronting the street, and the prices shall be visible from such street. In addition, the announcement board shall include any maximum amount of purchase, if applicable.

   (c)    There shall be no other wording, announcement or graphics other than the current price per gallon of each grade of gasoline sold.

   (d)    The announcement board required in this section shall be in addition to the signs permitted by Chapter 1151 .
