793.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE; ISSUANCE OF OCCUPANCY PERMIT.

   (a)    In addition to the license required by the County Board of Health, no person shall operate an abortion service clinic within the City without first having obtained a license therefor issued by the Inspector of Buildings after such person has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter, including the provisions of the Regulations adopted in Section 793.01. Such license shall be renewed annually. The annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)    The occupancy permit required by Section 1305.07 shall not be issued for the operation of an abortion service clinic unless and until all required licenses are obtained and the provisions of all other applicable ordinances and laws, including Part Eleven, the Planning and Zoning Code, have been complied with.
