793.01 CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH ABORTION CLINIC REGULATIONS ADOPTED.

   There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the location and operation of abortion clinic services, those regulations known as the Board of Health of the Cuyahoga County General Health District Abortion Clinic Regulations, Section A 1.1 through A 1.15, promulgated and adopted by such Board and filed on October 31, 1973.
