781.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
In the event that the person licensed to engage in the business of selling such weapons referred to in Section 781.01 has violated any provision of this chapter, the license of such person shall be revoked for a period of not less than three years; provided, however, that such person may appeal to Council for a suspension of the revocation of his license on the grounds that such revocation is unreasonable and constitutes an unnecessary hardship. Council may suspend such revocation if it finds that the public safety or welfare will not be adversely affected. (Ord. 1967-2. Passed 1-24-67.)
