781.01 LICENSE TO DISPOSE OF CONCEALABLE WEAPONS.
No person shall engage in the business of selling within the City any pistol, revolver, derringer, bowie knife, dirk or other weapon of like character which can be concealed on the person without securing a license to do so as hereinafter provided, and no person having secured such a permit, shall sell or give away any such weapon except in strict accordance with all Municipal, State and Federal laws pertaining to firearms.
