761.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day's continued violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 1958-52. Passed 12-30-58.)

(b) Whoever violates Section 761.04 and Section 761.05 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
