721.99 PENALTY.

   In addition to the forfeiture provided for in Section 721.07, any permittee, its or his officers, agents or employees, guests, members or persons in attendance at a picnic or outing who shall violate any of the terms of this chapter or license or permit issued hereunder, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Any licensee of any picnic ground who otherwise suffers or permits a picnic or outing to be held, or on whose land a picnic or outing is held contrary to the provisions of this chapter or any license or permit issued under it, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
