721.07 LICENSE, PERMIT REVOCATION

   Any or all of the licenses or permits provided for in this chapter may be forfeited or revoked by the Mayor for disorderly or immoral conduct or for the violation of any laws, statutes or ordinances of the United States, this State or the Municipality at or during a picnic or outing on the part of the licensee, permittee, his or its officers, employees, agents, guests, members or persons in attendance. Upon such forfeiture or revocation no such license or permit shall be reissued or newly granted until one year has elapsed from the date of forfeiture or revocation.
