650.03 NUMBER OF PICKETS PERMITTED; CONDUCT.
   (a)   In case of any picket line, picketing or other assemblage, established in connection with any such strike, controversy or dispute, the number of pickets or participants shall not exceed twenty in number at any given entrance to the property in question. All participants in such picket line, picketing or assemblage shall conduct themselves in a quiet and orderly manner, and shall not indulge in any noise or disturbance or in abusive or threatening language or conduct.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
