650.01 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER.

(a) No person shall participate in any picket line, picketing or other assemblage upon any public highway or other public place in the Municipality, in connection with any strike or other controversy, dispute or disagreement between employers and employees, except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1958-15. Passed 4-22-58.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
