648.12 POOL HALL HOURS.

(a) No person, club, firm or corporation shall operate a billiard parlor or pool room between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., or harbor or permit any person to play billiards or pool in a place open to the public or open to members only between such hours, and it shall be unlawful to play billiards or pool in such places during such hours.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
