§ 91.05 PRIMA FACIE VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   A finding of the existence of a prima facie violation of §§ 91.03 or 91.04 shall be made when the barking, yelping and/or howling of any dog is clearly audible to any person or persons located one or more city blocks from the location of the dog.
   (B)   In addition to division (A), a finding of the existence of a prima facie violation of §§ 91.03 or 91.04 shall also be made when two or more complaints of a violation of this chapter by the barking, yelping and/or howling of any one dog are made within a ten-day period. Such complaints must be made by more than one household.
