§ 91.04 CHASING OR BITING.

No person, persons, firm or corporation shall harbor or keep any dog within the corporate limits of the city that causes serious annoyance to the neighbors or neighborhood or to pedestrians or motorists by barking, chasing or biting said persons, or following them in a threatening manner.
