CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 90.07 PERMITS.
   Upon application duly made and upon showing of hardship, the City Clerk is authorized to issue the permits provided for in § 90.03. A fee of $10 for each such permit issued shall be collected and shall be paid into the General Fund.
