CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 90.03 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to:
   (A)   Regulate the outdoor storage of dismantled, partially dismantled or inoperable motor vehicles in certain areas in the city;
   (B)   Provide for the issuance of permits; and
   (C)   Provide penalties for the violation thereof.
