The Board of County Commissioners may, in its discretion, waive all or any portion of §§ 91.060 through 91.065, 91.080 through 91.085, and 91.100 through 91.104 for the benefit of any commercial airline, any government or governmental agency, department, or person performing non-profit public services to the aircraft industry, performing air search and rescue operations, or performing fire prevention or fire fighting operations.
