§ 91.104 ENFORCEMENT OF RULES.
   (A)   In addition to all other rights and remedies provided in the rules described in this chapter, the county shall have any and all other remedies at law or in equity, including the equitable remedy of injunction, to enforce said rules and regulations.
   (B)   Subject to the terms of any written agreement or lease, the Board of County Commissioners, in its discretion, may permit the fixed base operator to remove from the airport any buildings or structures thereon owned or constructed thereon by the operator.
   (C)   To the extent necessary to protect the rights and interests of the county, or to investigate compliance with the terms of the rules and regulations described in this chapter, the Airport Manager, any member of the Board of County Commissioners, the County Engineer, the County Attorney, and any other agent of the county shall have the right to inspect, at all reasonable times, all airport premises together with all structures or improvements, all aircraft, equipment, licenses, and registrations.
