(A) For the purposes of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into districts, as shown on the official zoning map, which, together with all explanatory matter thereof, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be part of this chapter.
(B) The districts shall be known as:
(1) R-1, Low Density Residential District;
(2) R-2, Medium Density Residential District;
(3) R-3, Medium-High Density Residential District;
(4) R-4, High Density Residential District;
(5) R-5, Manufactured Home Park District;
(6) C-1, Neighborhood Convenience Commercial District;
(7) C-2, Automotive Service Commercial District;
(8) C-3, Central Commercial District;
(9) C-4, Fringe Commercial District;
(10) I-1, Light Industrial Park District;
(11) I-2, Heavy Industrial Park District;
(12) I/C, Industrial/Commercial District;
(13) BP, Business Park District;
(14) PD, Planned Development District;
(15) FW, Floodway District; and
(16) FF, Flood Fringe District.
(C) The official zoning map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, attested to by the City Administrator, and shall bear the seal of the city under the following words: “This is to certify that this is the official zoning map referred to in § 154.040 of the code of ordinances of the City of Hutchinson”, together with the date of adoption of this chapter. The Zoning Ordinance and official zoning map shall be kept on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator.
(D) Any unauthorized change of the official zoning map of whatever kind by person or persons shall be considered a violation of this chapter.
