The city may, but shall not be required to, collect material which would not be picked up pursuant to §§ 95.02, 95.03 and 95.08 of this chapter. Requests for additional collections (for example, city-wide cleanup or surcharged containers of garbage and/or rubbish) shall be made to the Street Department Superintendent. Procedures, charges, and fees for any and all such additional collections shall be established from time to time by the Board of Public Works and Safety, collected by the Clerk-Treasurer, and placed in the landfill fund.
