§ 95.02 BASIC COLLECTION.
   (A)   All compostables, garbage, recyclables, and rubbish to be collected by the city shall be placed in appropriate containers as defined in § 95.01 and/or § 95.08.
   (B)   A reasonable number of containers (disposable containers will be collected along with their contents) of properly contained garbage and rubbish shall be collected from each collection site during each scheduled collection. If served by an Automated Packer Refuse Collection System, no containers other than the containers provided by the city shall be set out for collection except during specific periods announced by the city to accommodate seasonally-related collections.
   (C)   Material not in such containers, or in broken containers and/or scattered need not be collected by the city.
   (D)   Containers shall be emptied, cleaned, and/or disinfected as requested in writing by the Street Department Superintendent.
   (E)   Furniture type items, appliances and other large items shall be picked up if said items have placed upon them a landfill label. The cost of said landfill label shall be determined and established by the Board of Public Works pursuant to § 95.04.
