§ 95.03 COLLECTION SCHEDULES/SITES.
   Collection schedules and collection sites for that basic collection will be determined by the Street Department Superintendent, with approval by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and reasonable efforts shall be made by the city to comply with those schedules.
