1014.03 REMOVAL OF PLANTING; NOTIFICATION OF CONTIGUOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

Prior to the removal or planting of any tree on Municipal property within the public right-of-way, the Arborist is to notify the contiguous property owners before taking any action.
