§ 71.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating of any provision of §§ 71.01 and 71.02 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not to exceed $200.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 71.15 through 71.21 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.
