No person shall park recreational equipment as defined in M.S. § 168.002, subd. 27, as it may be amended from time to time, upon a public street or highway, including the boulevard, for more than 120 minutes, without the prior approval of the City Police Department. The highest ranking police officer on duty within the city may grant additional time when necessary or reasonable, so long as the parking does not create a hazardous or dangerous condition.
