(A) Any violation of the statutes adopted by reference in § 70.15 is a violation of that section when it occurs within the city. Any person violating § 70.15 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $300, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not to exceed 90 days; but if a minimum fine or imprisonment is prescribed by the State Highway Traffic Act for an offense, that penalty shall apply to a person convicted of the same offense under § 70.15.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 70.32, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days.
(D) Violation of any of the provisions incorporated by reference in § 70.33 so as to be made applicable to the properties affected with a public interest as enumerated in § 70.33(A) shall constitute a misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor, depending upon whether violation of the incorporated statute or ordinance constitute a misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor. Violation of regulations constituting a misdemeanor shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $300 or imprisonment for no longer than 90 days, or both. Violation of any regulation constituting a petty misdemeanor shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
(E) Violation of § 70.33(C) shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
(F) Violation of § 70.33(D) shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
(G) Violation of § 70.34 shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
(H) Any person violating the terms of § 70.35 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum not to exceed $300 or shall be imprisoned not to exceed 90 days.
