§ 70.30 ENGINE RETARDER BRAKES AND TRANSMISSION BRAKES.

Use of engine retarder brakes and/or transmission brakes is prohibited within any area of the city that is zoned as a residential district or as a business district, or which abuts a residential district or business district, except in an emergency.
