§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 70.02 shall be fined in accordance with state law.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of § 70.03 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine. A first offense under this chapter shall result in a fine not greater than $30. A second offense shall result in a fine not greater than $50. All other offenses shall result in a fine not greater than $100. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   The provisions of § 70.03 may be enforced by the Code of Ordinance Enforcement Board established in §§ 33.180 through 33.196, or in the alternative, Christian County District Court, as a misdemeanor and/or violation. The decision on whether enforcement shall take place with the Code Enforcement Board or the Christian County District Court shall be at the city’s discretion.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 70.04 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $50. Each day during which the violation continues shall be considered a separate violation.
   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of § 70.07 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in § 10.99.
