§ 70.04 VENDING, EXHIBITING FROM MOTOR VEHICLE IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning, controlling, operating or managing any motor vehicle used for the purpose of advertising, displaying, selling or exhibiting any goods, wares, merchandise or works of art, or of a scientific nature, or conducting any business in or from any such motor vehicle to stop or park for such purposes on any street, alley or public way within the boundaries and area known as and established as Central Business District B-3 under the provisions of the city's Zoning Code as the boundaries of the area are shown on the zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
