(A) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 92.01 shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $100 and/or 30 days of imprisonment for each and every offense.

(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 92.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment not exceed 60 days, or both.

(D) Any person violating the provisions of § 92.03 shall be deemed guilty of a civil infraction. During a one-year period, each violation of § 92.03 shall constitute a separate offense.
(1) Violations of § 92.03 shall be punished as follows:
(a) For the first violation, by a civil penalty of $50.
(b) For the second violation, by a civil penalty of $100.
(c) For each additional violation, by a civil penalty of $200.
(2) Any person who fails to pay the appropriate civil penalty within the time allowed or who fails to appear in court to contest the citation shall be deemed to have waived his right to contest the citation, and judgment may be entered against the person for an amount not to exceed $500.

(E) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 92.04, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100 or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both.

(F) Any person, firm, association, institution or corporation violating any provision of § 92.05 shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 60 days, or both.

(G) Any person violating the provisions of § 92.17 shall be deemed guilty of a civil infraction. During a one-year period, each violation of § 92.17 shall constitute a separate offense.
(1) Violations of § 92.17 shall be punished as follows:
(a) For the first violation, by a civil penalty of $50.
(b) For the second violation, by a civil penalty of $100.
(c) For each additional violation, by a civil penalty of $200.
(2) Any person who fails to pay the appro-priate civil penalty within the time allowed or who fails to appear in court to contest the citation shall be deemed to have waived his right to contest the citation, and judgment may be entered against the person for an amount not to exceed $500.

(H) Any person violating the provisions of § 92.23 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 60 days, or both.

(J) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 92.36 or fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding ten days, or both; and each day such violation shall exist or be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (L) A violation of § 92.60 shall subject the offender to a civil infraction not to exceed $500 for each violation of said section.

(M) Any person violating § 92.06 shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. Each day in violation shall constitute a separate offense.
