§ 92.06 FEEDING OF DUCKS AND PIGEONS SO AS TO CREATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Prohibition. No person shall feed, or in any manner provide food for, one or more ducks and/or pigeons in such a manner as to result in a public nuisance.
   (B)   Definition. A public nuisance shall include but not be limited to the accumulation of droppings and/or feathers, the attraction of vermin, the blockage of streets or public rights-of-way, or the causing of damage to real property.
   (C)   Enforcement. The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Office of Code Enforcement and the City of Hollywood's Police Department.
