§ 92.17 BARKING DOGS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or anyone having charge, control or custody to keep any dog within the corporate limits of the city which howls, yelps or barks excessively so as to disturb the sleep, peace or quietude of any inhabitant of this city.
